(1) Vendor needs to provide automated reservation system requirement consists of a system or application that can accept requests via text message or phone call, create a spreadsheet of the requests to be submitted via email to the unit or third party, submit the reservation approval information to requestor vie text message or email all equipment needed for this application to be included.
